Keto Pronuts

What You'll Need 
  • ⅓ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup Protein Milkshake Cupcake Batter
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt
  • 2 pieces regular/turkey/vegan bacon
  • ¼ cup Low carb pancake syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Stevia/Splenda to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients except for bacon into a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add water until cake batter consistency is reached.
3. Spray donut pan with nonstick spray and fill with batter.
4. Bake for 10 minutes and check with a toothpick for doneness.
5. While donuts are baking, cook bacon on stovetop or microwave until desired crispiness is reached.
6. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top of donuts, add a little extra syrup on top, and enjoy!
