Weight Watchers 1 SP Salted Caramel Brownie
This healthy keto-friendly salted caramel brownie recipe was created by @nourishingnomss.
Everyone who knows me knows there’s nothing I love more than a good brownie so when my salted caramel Protein Milkshake came I knew EXACTLY what I was going to make with it ... some gooood brownies!
•
Protein Milkshake is the best because it:
1) tastes incredible - not chalky like some other protein powders I’ve tried
2) is so easy to incorporate into a bunch of different recipes (I’ve made incredible cookies and milkshakes in the past!)
3) is only 110 calories and is packed with 22g of protein!!!
4) is only 1 pt on all WW plans!!
