HIGH PROTEIN RED VELVET PANCAKE STACK

 

Pancake our eyes off this red velvet cake stack!  

 Macros per stack:⁣ 30 grams of protein, five grams of carbs, twelve grams of fat, and 280 calories! 

Red Velvet Pancakes

1 serving  @proteinmilkshake Cupcake Batter⁣

1/4 cup milk⁣

 1/2 tsp baking powder ⁣

 1 egg white ⁣

1/4 cup almond flour ⁣

 1 tsp cocoa powder ⁣

 Red food coloring ⁣ ⁣

Mix all ingredients and pour onto greased skillet, flipping when bubbles appear.⁣ ⁣ Top with cream cheese icing:⁣ ⁣ Blend 2 tbsp cream cheese with 2 tbsp Cupcake Batter @proteinmilkshake and 2 tbsp milk in a saucepan. ⁣ ⁣ Pour over your pancakes and devour!
