No-Bake Protein Cheesecake
What You'll Need:
- 2 scoops Protein Milkshake
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup almond flour (optional crust)
Makes 2 servings of cheesecake.
How it's made:
- If making crust mix, almond flour with 1 tbsp coconut milk so they stay together on the base of your cheesecake.
- Line the bottom of a bowl press down mixture and bake for 10 minutes at 350. Remove from oven.
- Blend all other ingredients together until smooth to get different color layers, divide mix into 3 even parts and blend separately with a drop of food coloring. Layer on top of crust and freeze for 10 minutes. Once chilled remove and enjoy!
