I decided to do something different and create some low-carb chocolate chip cookies with protein for breakfast today!
I used Protein Milkshake's protein powder to make these delicious chocolate chip cookies and they came out so satisfying! Ingredients and directions below!
Ingredients
- 1 serving Protein Milkshake
- Almond Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Unsalted Butter
- Golden Monkfruit
- Vanilla extract
- Egg
- Lilly’s dark chocolate chips
- Pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Layer sheet pan
- Combine all ingredients into bowl, whisk
-Use a scoop or hands to layer on sheet pan, put in oven
- Bake for twelve minutes or until lightly brown middle.
