❤️I get super excited when @proteinmilkshake sends me some of their amazing protein flavors✨ 💘Out of all the flavors I’ve tried, this one by far is my FAVORITE flavor💕 💟I reviewed it previously and made birthday cake fat bombs. I wanted to re-create this recipe in a way that I knew best and that’s with pancakes 🥞 🌈I found a recipe on Pinterest for the FLUFFIEST Keto pancakes ever and when I have all the ingredients, this is the only way I’ll make them!💘 @proteinmilkshake
Cupcake Batter Protein Powder: - 🧁22g of Protein - 🧁3g of Carbs - 🧁110 Calories - 🧁Non-GMO - 🧁Soy & Gluten Free - 🧁Made with premium Whey Protein - 🧁Free of Artificial Colors, Flavors, & Sweetners
🥞P A N C A K E B A T T E R Recipe :
* 2 tablespoons superfine coconut flour
* ½ cup superfine almond flour
* 1 powdered erythritol
* ½ teaspoon baking powder
* 3 medium eggs, room temperature
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 2 tablespoons cream cheese
🌈S P R I N K L E S :
* 3 Egg Whites
* 12oz Powdered Monk Fruit
* 1 tsp Vanilla
* 2 tsp Lemon Juice
* Food Coloring
* 1tsp Oil (Optional)
🦄You have to pipe the sprinkles mixture and let it dry on parchment paper. Once it’s dried you have to break it up in the desired size. 💕 💫If you don’t feel like making your own sprinkles, @thesprinklecompany company & @wholesome.provisions have some great keto sprinkles.🦄
🥞The pancakes were pan fried in a little bit of avocado oil for crispiness. 🥑 🧚🏽♀️Since the pancakes were sooooo sweet from the sprinkles they didn’t need syrup so I just topped it with some sugar free whipped cream and more sprinkles of course! 👑 ⁉️WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE BREAKFAST FOODS⁉️
